PROOF OF CONCEPT TO AS BUILT
DESIGN ROADMAP
At Pool Logic, our design roadmap is a comprehensive guide tailored to ensure the success of every swimming pool project.
Throughout the design roadmap, clients can expect a range of design documents tailored to their project’s unique needs. These may include detailed drawings, 3D models, technical documents, specifications, and project-specific reports. The exact deliverables are flexible, subject to adjustments based on the client’s preferences and the nature of the project.

Our roadmap is designed for flexibility, allowing clients to choose the stages that best suit their project requirements.
STAGE ZERO
PROOF OF CONCEPT
- Provide a Proof-of-Concept report, which will include:
- A high-level project Technical Specification.
- A high-level plant room sizing for project.
- High-level mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) requirements.
- High-level chemical storage and requirements.
- High-level information on size and potential location of balance tank, if required.
STAGE ONE
CONCEPT DESIGN
- Everything included within Proof of Concept.
- A full Technical Specification.
- A detailed plan of the proposed Pool Layout, Plant Room Layout, Pool Area Layout, and Balance Tank, if needed.
STAGE TWO
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
- Everything included within Concept Design.
- A full Filtration, Electrical, Services required schematic drawing, plus any other schematic drawings required for project.
- A valve schedule.
- A detailed plan of the proposed pipework installation layout for the project.
- A MEP Services Specification document.
STAGE THREE
DETAILED DESIGN
- A full Technical Specification.
- Filtration, Electrical Services required schematic drawing, plus any other schematic drawings required for the project.
- A valve schedule.
- A detailed plan of the proposed pipework installation layout for the project.
- A MEP Services Specification document.
- A detailed plan of the proposed Pool Layout, Plant Room Layout, Pool Area Layout, and Balance Tank, if needed.
STAGE FOUR
TENDER EVALUATION
- As required by main contractor.
STAGE FIVE
AS BUILT
- An updated full Filtration, Electrical, Services required schematic drawing, plus any other schematic drawings.
- An updated valve schedule.
- An updated pipework installation layout.
- Any other areas that may have changed.
