Our transparent pricing structure ensures that clients pay for the specific services and features they require, allowing flexibility in selecting extras like HVAC, Source Water Analysis, Budgetary Reports, and more based on their project needs.

Full Design Process
Starting at £5,525.00
Including Proof of Concept, Aesthetic Specification, and Technical Specification.
Proof of Concept Only
Starting at £1,275.00
Client will receive a Proof of Concept report, which includes high-level technical and services data, along with three design options.
Aesthetic Specification Only
Starting at £2,125.00
Client will receive a full Aesthetic Specification document, including schedule, product, and purchasing information.
Technical Specification Only
Starting at £2,550.00
Client will receive a full Technical Specification document, including schematics, pipe and equipment layouts, and plant room layout.
Sauna Design
Starting at £1,275.00
Client will receive Aesthetics and Technical Specifications, and layout plans.
Steam Room Design
Starting at £1,275.00
Client will receive Aesthetics and Technical Specifications, and layout plans.
HVAC Specification
Starting at £2,975.00
Client will receive HVAC schematic, schedule, and layout plans.
3D Concept Art
Starting at £1,275.00
Client will receive 3D rendered images of their project. Created using Twinmotion or Unreal Engine.
Design Review
Starting at £1,190.00
Client will receive a full Design Review Report, which will include all comments and potential required changes.
Real Estate Property Review
Starting at £1,190.00
Client will receive a full Property Report, which will include all comments and potential required changes.
Source Water Analysis
Starting at £297.50
Client will receive a full Source Water Analysis Report, which will include all comments and recommendations.
Project Review
Starting at £1,190.00
Client will receive a full Project Report, which will include all comments and potential required changes.
BIM Software
+20% to standard fee
Project will be run with the addition of Autodesk Revit software.
Per Hour Rate
£60.00 per hour
Rate changes per day of work. Used for consulting projects or work not included within the scope of the project.
Per Mile Rate
£0.45 per mile
Rate changes per mile driven. Used whenever site visits are required.
Commercial Services
At Pool Logic, we also cater to commercial businesses like architects, pool contractors, or swim schools. As these projects can vary significantly, we are unable to provide a estimated price for our services. Each project will need to be priced independently based on our experience and the project requirements.
